This one hour appointment is to consult with ash on designing a custom piece using heirloom jewelry. Please bring with you all of the jewelry you are interested in using, design ideas and budget prepared for this meeting. Keep in mind that these pieces will be deconstructed if they are usable so most settings will not be able to be used again. Some pieces require the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and new metals may have to be used. 14k-24k yellow gold can be melted down if the design allows. White gold doesn’t always yield the best result when remelting so we will assess whether or not it is reusable during the appointment. Platinum and sterling silver is not accepted for remelting. The $100 consultation fee is non refundable.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
